About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Administrative Manager to support business growth through a combination of marketing, administrative coordination, and direct outreach. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident on the phone, and motivated by results.
This is a performance-driven position with the opportunity to earn additional income through business development efforts.
* Hybrid role (remote + in-person responsibilities)
* Full-time (40 hours per week)
* Performance-based growth opportunities
* Earn a 10% bonus on all signed service contracts
Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-person marketing and follow-ups
Strong communication skills with confidence speaking on the phone and in person
Ability to perform daily cold calls and handle client outreach professionally
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, leads, and follow-ups
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working independently in a hybrid (remote and in-person) environment
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, tracking leads, and managing documents)
Ability to maintain accurate records and follow internal processes
Professional appearance and demeanor when representing the company in person
Ability to manage and track supply inventory as needed
Must have a clean background
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles
Experience with cold calling or lead generation
Familiarity with CRM systems or tracking tools
